GENERAL INFORMATION

Absolutely! It is always a good idea to catch up a little before locking things in. We can talk about not just work, but we can also share some good vibes like favourite music, favourite films, hobbies and sports, etc.

We see this as a key to produce a good wedding film. To us, we can get to know you a little more and it helps us tell a better story of you. To you, you will feel more comfortable in front of the camera as you know what exactly we are doing :D.

We are base in Launceston. There are some good cafes where we can chat with a coffee. But if you’re anywhere else in Tasmania, we can arrange a zoom meeting.

Once we’ve found that we are in a good fit. We’ll send you a booking form where you can fill in your details. Everything is settled as soon as the paperwork and booking fee are sorted.

Yeaaah! We are soooo excited to be part of your wedding!

Yes, you’ll need to pay a $500 non-refundable booking fee to secure your date. And the rest of payment will be due 4 weeks prior to the wedding.

We only accept bank transaction and a digital invoice will be provided once payment being sorted.

We will send a 15s teaser in one week after your wedding. The short video is perfect for teasing your friends a little on social media.

Not long after, you will receive a usb of the final video and raw footages.

The entire process normally takes 8-12 weeks to complete.

(During the wedding season, the process could be longer than usual)

Yes. We like to hear feedbacks from you. You can make some small changes like swapping your clips.

We will choose it together.

In a pre-con meeting, we will find out your favourite music genre or artists. Then, we look for the best fit music base on your preference and we will also send it to you before editing. Because we want to make sure that’s the right music for your unique story.

We always encourage having an ‘unplugged wedding’ where your guest will be politely asked to put away their phones or cameras. The, all your guests can engage with the ceremony and immerse themselves in the heart-felt moment.
